The app keeps getting worse every time I try to use it and always manages to mess things up when I need it the most. I've lost count of how many times I've run out of load before I could even access it properly, which is even more frustrating because it requires an internet connection. As I'm writing this, it's happening AGAIN – it keeps showing me an error, and my load is about to expire. This is ridiculous. If only Globe offered better speed, I'd switch without a second thought.

I'm unable to buy load using the credit/debit payment method; it always shows an error. Even after clearing the cache or reinstalling the application, I'm still facing the same issue. I tried reaching out to support via email, but they're asking for a ton of information, which seems like a waste of time. Don't you have any logs for that specific activity/page? Well, since the payment method works perfectly fine on GlobeOne, I won't bother wasting my time providing all that information.

I appreciate the option to transfer rewards points to someone else, but it would be more convenient if we could edit the number of points we want to transfer instead of being limited to fixed options. I wanted to transfer 60 points to one person, but I had to make two transactions (50 points + 10 points) just to do so.

The app has its good points, like allowing me to monitor data consumption for my devices. However, I can't access my accounts anymore as I always get an error message when I log in. Additionally, I'm unable to load up my prepaid home WiFi because its account is linked to my main one, which I can't access. I've already tried clearing my cache and storage, uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, but nothing works. Even updating the app doesn't solve the issue.

Whenever I try to make a payment, the app gives me an "Error Occurred" message. There's no way to report the issue in the app, and it seems like they have no concept of customer service. My Rewards section is also empty. Despite numerous app updates and changes, there are still plenty of problems, failures, and disappointments. Connectivity is also sporadic and unreliable at times. It's unacceptable for an app this expensive to perform so poorly.

I recently purchased the 1999 unli fam plan, but it doesn't work. I have receipts for the transaction, but there's no connection. I've encountered this issue too many times before. The chat support from Smart is unhelpful because they only ask for the number on my phone, ignoring the fact that I'm using an open-line router most of the time.

The app gets stuck on the loading screen and quickly errors out every time, despite reinstalling and trying all troubleshooting steps. PLEASE FIX THE APP. I can't even subscribe due to the loading screen issue. UPDATE: It's now 2024, and the same problem persists. I've tried reinstalling, restarting, updating, and clearing the cache on the app, but the problem remains the same every day. It's as if you want people to switch to your competitors. Do something about it.

Awful! This app has been useful to me only once since 2023 after the update! I've tried reinstalling, switching from WiFi to mobile data, and even contacted their support team to fix it, but they just gave me the same troubleshooting steps I already tried. The same error keeps occurring on the home page! Other tabs work fine, but Home and Giga Points don't! You've read all the comments for this app! There's no need to send you an email, patch, or update for this app!

I updated the app last Nov 10, 2023. Before the update, it was working fine, but suddenly became unusable. Every time I try to check my balance, the screen goes black for a full 2 minutes and a message pops up "Smart app is not responding, would you like to close it?". I tried cleaning the cache, but the same message popped up. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it's still the same. I'm starting to lose my patience with this app.

Why is it so laggy? I'm trying to open it without loading data, but it's not as smooth as before. Also, when I subscribed by dialing *123#, my reward points didn't appear on the Smart app. There seems to be an issue, and it's not my fault that I didn't subscribe on your Smart app. Please resolve this and restore my points.

Very disappointed ☹️😔. It's becoming expensive, and the data allowance is too little. I really liked the Power All 50 for 3 days (5GB) as it was very affordable, but now I have no choice but to use up my remaining data and switch to another provider. Not everyone can afford higher-priced data. I've been with you for a long time, but I can't continue like this. 2GB data for 60php or 75php for 3 days? That's too much for someone like me.

I can't buy a new promo despite not being subscribed to any through this app. It's a new promo, too! This has happened many times when I try to subscribe to a promo, and it's never a smooth process. I always have to wait for hours, sometimes even a day or more, to get through. Please fix this. It's ironically very inconvenient.

I made 2 debit card payment attempts, both resulted in errors, so I paid using bank transfer. But when I checked the balance on the debit card, the 2 payments that went into error were missing. So now, I should be ahead by these number of payments. If I don't see that, or I'm not reimbursed the extra payments, I'll report this issue to the authorities.

Useless! I have lots of giga points with nothing to spend them on. All that's available is data subscription, and I can't even use up the data included in my plan. The app is also very slow and buggy. Rubbish!!! You claim to have your 11.11 promo for additional redemption items for Gigapoints, but all these items are out of stock. WHAT A JOKE!!

I wonder how you got 4 stars when all the reviews are showing 1 star only 😁. In fact, they're all correct... SMART service is very poor, same with your APP. The app doesn't work, you have to reinstall it every time you want to use it (SMART, isn't it? 😂😂). The APP sucks, and the internet service connectivity speed is slower than a snail. You can't even be compared to a turtle because you're a snail. I'll cut off your LTE sim and switch back to Globe; they're way better.

Not functional. Update: I've uninstalled and reinstalled it three times over the past months. Still not functional. Update 7/18/23: Followed all instructions provided by their UXTeam, yet the same error persists. Attempted on both Android and iOS. A complete FAILURE. Update 9/17 - issue persists - "error occurred". Their UXTeam seems unresponsive. I've attempted to log in from both Samsung and Apple devices, to no avail. The worst part is, they seem unable to resolve it at all. Still a FAILURE. Nov 7 - still a failure.

I used Smart and their services many years ago and quit after some time due to poor service. I decided to give their services another try, and what a nightmare! The network is even worse than before I quit. The app is unreliable, and despite showing that I have data, it doesn't connect to the network. I just wasted Php1000 on a sim card and app that doesn't work!!! I don't think I'll ever use SMART again! ever!!

The app itself is good with a straightforward interface. However, the constant bill notifications via emails, SMS, and calls are too persistent. Receiving multiple reminders a week prior is annoying, especially when my transactions are always on time. Additionally, payments don't reflect immediately on the account after being made. SMART is efficient in collecting payments but lacks in reflecting them promptly.

After using this app for a few years, there hasn't been any improvement. Good promos are becoming more expensive, and some have been removed entirely, like the 50 giga points promo, which is disappointing. There are no new affordable promos, and recent updates seem focused on making users spend more within the app. The only useful features are being able to see my family's numbers and balances and being able to give them "PASADATA" or load when needed. I need cheaper promos and giga points rewards.

With so many people complaining about the same issue, perhaps you should examine the app's architecture. I can't use this anymore; even after upgrading, there's always an error prompt.

The system is clearly broken. When I attempt to load using a credit card, I always receive an "Error Occurred" message. I've waited for an hour and tried again, but the results are the same. I downloaded this app expecting it to be easy to register a promo load using my card, but the system crashes every time. I'll just resort to loading in a store.

I wish there was a rating of 100 because 10/10 is not enough for this app. Initially, I thought the claims about the points were untrue because the Smart texts about points were annoying. However, when I tried if they reward with points, the texting was fast, and I received my reward, so I was very happy. That's why 10/10 is not enough; it should be 100/100.

I'm a prepaid SUN user. This isn't an app issue because I've blocked notifications from the app. However, I've learned that Smart Communications is reporting that my unlitext to all networks expires daily via SMS. It did not report this issue via SMS before I reloaded for March. Please correct this because it is misleading. I won't provide my numbers because it seems to be happening to all SUN prepaid users. Thank you.

I followed your advice to reinstall the app, but now I can't purchase the Unli Fam 1,999 for my Smart Home Wifi for 60 days as it gives an error code RC:1422. What's happening, Smart? This app is terrible. Payments are consistently delayed, and many fail to process. A payment confirmed for my January 2024 bill via the app didn't actually go through, resulting in my line being cut. Moreover, you can't even view the details of your bill on the app, and Smart customer service is unhelpful as usual unless they're calling for payment.

Gigapoints are being wasted because they accumulate slowly and have expiration dates. It's frustrating to see accumulated points go to waste due to limited and overpriced promo options. Additionally, the app frequently encounters errors, ruining the user experience.

This application is riddled with complications that could potentially scam users! From regular load to promo load, the system is convoluted and impractical. Promo loads can't even be transferred to other numbers, which is incredibly frustrating. Unsubscribing from promos is needlessly difficult, making the app more of a hindrance than a help.

After updating from Gigalife to Smart, the app worked for a few months, but now it won't even open. After entering my number and password, I receive an error message stating, "Error Occurred" "Something went wrong, please try again." Despite multiple attempts over nearly a month, the issue persists. However, after unlinking my Smart Corporate number, the error disappeared, and I can now use the app.

This app is a lifesaver in emergencies when you're out of load or data with no other option to purchase. It's incredibly helpful. Just access your earned points and redeem them for your needs. Well done, Smart App! However, I have a suggestion. Please provide more redemption options and adjust some for more affordable choices, especially in emergency situations. By doing so, you can further assist people. I rate you 5 stars but deducting 1 for the suggested improvement, so it's a 4-star rating from me.

I've been using this app for over 2 years, if I remember correctly, and I've registered my TNT postpaid SIM. However, when I linked my prepaid SMART SIM, numerous errors occurred, which I thought I had resolved until I discovered that my TNT postpaid SIM had suddenly become unregistered. Attempts to re-register it have been unsuccessful.

Great options, but it would be better if the remaining usage is displayed upfront without the need for additional clicks. The initial page should show usage details, with promo options available upon scrolling down. Anyway, the non-expiry option for 30GB at 399 is much cheaper compared to this, offering only 24GB. Plus, the connection isn't stable.

I'm extremely disappointed. Every time I attempt to log in, it claims the password is incorrect. Despite numerous attempts to change it, I still can't log in. This inconvenience is exacerbated by the expensive promos offered by the app.
