The app is malfunctioning to the extent that logging in is not possible. Even when reaching out to customer service, their only solution is to uninstall and reinstall the app, which seems like a trivial resolution. This negligence has resulted in the loss of my reward points, courtesy of Ncell and its employees' carelessness. I cannot in good conscience recommend this service. Thank you.

Recently, the WireFree_Add_Data feature in the app has been performing sluggishly, despite previously working well. I urge for a swift resolution to this issue. Overall, the app is beneficial for Ncell customers, providing ample information about Ncell plans.

This app is incredibly problematic. Despite recharging, it fails to function properly, and attempts to seek assistance from the helpline have been futile. No refund has been issued, making this app exceptionally unsatisfactory.

Previously, there was an option to send 10 messages daily, which seems to be missing in the new features. Additionally, the call category requires a code every time, which often arrives late, making the user experience subpar.

The "recharge for others" feature is malfunctioning. Regardless of the number entered, the end result is a recharge to my own SIM, which is highly frustrating.

While the new interface is visually appealing, it has not addressed the lingering issues of lagging and loading.

An issue persists with the Stay Logged In feature, as it frequently logs out automatically. This functionality needs to be addressed promptly for a smoother user experience.

According to the Nepali calendar, a month typically spans from 29 to 32 days. However, it's perplexing why the monthly voice and data pack is limited to 28 days. I urge for the extension of the monthly pack to 32 days to better accommodate customer convenience.

The new updated Ncell app is encountering numerous issues, glitches, and more. Our previous Ncell app was functioning well, so please prioritize fixing these issues promptly. This current version of the Ncell app is highly unsatisfactory.

I accidentally purchased two identical packs but only received one. This feels like a complete scam. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated as it's a waste of both money and time. What recourse do I have now?

Firstly, the data network is excessively slow, and secondly, this app is a time-waster. It requires significant improvement to enhance user experience.

This app provides excellent information about data and voice calling, making it easy and fast to access.

Despite activating roaming service, this SIM card fails to work overseas. Attempts to reach customer service have been futile, as they seem uninterested in providing assistance.

Certain texts are missing from the app, either letters of words or entire words themselves. Additionally, when attempting to pay for data, there are only two options available: "pay by" and "pay."

Hello, can Ncell introduce a feature to transfer data to others similar to balance transfer? Alternatively, consider implementing a feature allowing users to purchase small data amounts for small sums, such as 50MB for Rs. 5.

Initially, the app was functioning well, but when I attempted to purchase a pack using a credit card, it resulted in a recharge instead. Despite contacting customer service, they seemed skeptical as they lacked sufficient information to verify the issue. This aspect of the app needs improvement.

I purchased the 1-day unlimited data pack, and initially, it worked at perfect speed for a few hours. However, it has now become extremely slow to the point where I can't even open the Ncell app for chat support.

Everything seems fine with the app, but recently, Ncell removed the free 400MB data benefit. This was particularly useful during emergencies when immediate data access was required, and there wasn't enough balance to purchase. It would be great if this feature could be reinstated, along with additional similar features, to support users like myself who spend a significant amount on Ncell data every month.

This app changed my default SIM to Ncell for calls and SMS without my consent. This seems like a way to profit, right? I'm unable to change the default SIM, even though I've selected the option to ask before making calls. Uninstalling the app didn't resolve the issue either. While prioritizing your network is understandable, changing settings without user permission is unacceptable.

The app contains all the necessary information for monitoring and recharging my NCELL SIM, but the interface looks outdated. I appreciate the language switch option, but overall, the interface needs an update. As a frequent visitor to Nepal, I believe this app could enhance the experience of using a local NCELL SIM with a revamped interface.

How can I rate this app zero stars? It's absurd. It was working fine before, but suddenly stopped. Why does it require access to my location? I dislike that aspect of the app.

This app helped me recover my recharge card number, which was very helpful.

The user interface is user-friendly, but it would be more convenient if I could activate voice packs multiple times as needed. Currently, once I activate a voice pack, I can't activate the same category until it expires. It would be beneficial if this issue could be addressed in the next app update.

Absolutely terrible. I couldn't even log in. It asks for my number, which I provide, but then claims that a PIN number has been sent, which I haven't received. It's disgraceful for a telecom operator to fail at such basic functionality. I've been trying to log in for the past two days with no success. I'm uninstalling the app right now and considering switching to NTC.

It's decent, but the loading time is too slow, and many data packs are missing in offline mode. Alongside its advantages, there are numerous drawbacks. Improving the user interface and speeding up the app would make other issues more tolerable for users because, overall, it's a good app.

This app is utterly useless. I tried to cancel some services, but instead, I ended up chatting with a bot, wasting my time and energy. I expected the app to follow up on my task ticket later, but there was no response. It feels like I have a better chance of resolving my issues by sending a message in a bottle to Fewa Tal and hoping someone from Ncell finds it, rather than using this dreadful and time-wasting app.

The latest update of this app is worse than the previous one because every time I check my balance or data, it takes an excessive amount of time instead of showing the information promptly, which is very frustrating. It doesn't clearly indicate how much data is remaining. Therefore, it would be great if it could be more like NTC in this aspect.

I dislike this app because it doesn't provide sufficient information about any package. For monthly packages, it fails to mention the data usage limitations. Although it offers 1GB or more per day, users are restricted to using only Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, with limitations on activities like going live or downloading videos. The hourly pack also doesn't function properly. I advise users to think twice before purchasing any package or installing this app.

The app performs well and has a good interface. However, the only issue is that it indicates "product temporarily unavailable" when I try to access the free app data, even though it has been more than one month since I last used that data. Please address this issue.

In the data pack ads within the app, it's crucial to specify whether the measurements are in megabits or megabytes. Just using "MB" is confusing. Despite having used data packs multiple times, I'm still uncertain about whether they are bits or bytes. This ambiguity has led me to stop purchasing packs. Other than this, the app has a decent UI/UX.
