Some of my accounts aren't receiving notifications in the mobile version, even though the notification settings on my phone and in Messenger are properly configured. I'd like to address this, as it seems to affect every user registered in Messenger. It doesn't seem to be an issue with notification settings; rather, I believe the problem lies with the accounts themselves, causing notifications to be disabled. If someone (like a developer) could look into this bug, I'd greatly appreciate it. I've been struggling with this issue for two years now, and the support team hasn't responded at all.
This app has become horrible. Messages can't even be received anymore. It used to be great, but since the introduction of end-to-end encryption, the bugs have worsened. For example, messages appear to be sent, but they remain "sending" for hours, and if you close and reopen the app, all sending messages are deleted. Also, the app sometimes blacks out when trying to open a message, but if you cancel it, you can see what someone has sent you. Please fix these issues.
Messages can no longer be opened. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to view my messages. Sometimes, the app immediately closes after opening it. These bugs need to be fixed soon. Edit: I'm switching to a 1-star rating because of the forced encryption and codes. It's become harder to view messages across devices, and the app is mostly unusable. I just wanted to send a quick message, but it won't let me contact most people. Some even show an error popup when using other devices to chat. Terrible.
The new update is disappointing; instead of improving the app, it actually makes it worse. It's laggy, and sometimes when you click on a conversation, it appears blank. You have to restart the app multiple times to get it back to normal, which is annoying. Also, it's slow; messages take a long time to send, which is time-consuming and frustrating. This used to be my primary messaging app, but I've decided to switch. With each update, the app becomes more unusable, with bugs being added instead of fixed. Some of the new "features" are more of a hindrance than helpful, and when good features are added, they're inconsistent and sometimes disappear entirely. Basic functions of the app fail or become more buggy over time.
I dislike how, when I click the images button to send a picture to someone, there are now extra buttons I have to navigate through. Please revert to the old image gallery style, as it had fewer buttons and made finding and sending images much simpler. In many recent updates, the app has become more complex, whereas the old version was much better in its simplicity.
The recent end-to-end encryption update is incredibly frustrating and seems unnecessary to me. It brings numerous drawbacks, such as the loss of all messages, the inability to search for messages, difficulties in managing files, messages disappearing even if unread, and the disappearance of pinned messages. If I could, I would give this update a rating of 0.
This was a good app until now. This latest update is the worst we've received. Old messages can no longer be read, and chat heads are malfunctioning. My quick reaction option only displays a thumbs-up icon, even when I change it. Sharing links doesn't redirect you to the correct platform. I fail to see the importance of this update. Instead of fixing issues with calls, audio, video calls, picture and video quality, and supporting larger file sharing, you've only added more reasons to delete this app.

It's extremely cumbersome to switch accounts and log in on different devices, especially when waiting for messages to load takes nearly an hour! Moreover, it keeps glitching; suddenly, messages won't be received, and some can't be sent. Please remove this feature; it's difficult to use, and we're not accustomed to it.
