The app was functioning well until the update to 3.0.1, which introduced a new interface. However, it now lacks the feature to view current subscription status. Despite thorough exploration within the app, I couldn't find any way to access my package details, which was the primary reason for installing the app. Please address this issue promptly.

I'm unable to view the details of my plan using the app. While it generally works fine, it lacks necessary information, and the data consumption seems high, especially considering the absence of signal bars in most areas. Additionally, I've noticed small deductions from my balance when switching between phones. The inability to view my package details and the forced updates are consuming data unnecessarily.

Everything was running smoothly until the recent update, but now I can't see the details of my planned minutes.

I downloaded the app, entered my email address and password, but couldn't access it. Despite entering correct details, the app claimed my email address was incorrect, my mobile number was invalid, and my password was wrong. However, I can log in through the website without any issue. This inconsistency renders the app utterly useless.

I strongly advise against using this service provider for two reasons. Firstly, they've been deducting about 20 halala from my balance daily without any explanation, even when I haven't made calls or used data. Secondly, they offered me a free gift, but my balance became zero after accepting it, indicating a hidden charge. Although the gift data balance remains, it doesn't work as intended.

Every time I attempt to use this application, it requires an update. Unfortunately, my Moto G 2nd gen. Phone lacks sufficient storage for this process. I'm puzzled by the frequent updates—is there a reason behind them? Must I endure this trial and error, or should I sacrifice an otherwise perfectly functional Moto G 2nd gen. phone to accommodate this application?

Attention, everyone! I must share an important discovery. The Lebara app lacks security measures, allowing anyone to add your Lebara number and potentially steal your data, contacts, and even transfer balance without your consent. There are no safeguards in place, enabling unauthorized access to unknown Lebara numbers. Please exercise caution—I've tested this and successfully added unknown numbers without permission.

This carrier is the worst I've ever used. Callers frequently struggle to hear me properly, experiencing dropped voices or robotic sound quality. Despite displaying full bars, the network quality is consistently poor. It's only been a month, but I'm already planning to switch carriers as soon as my contract ends.

The worst experience I've had was registering online because the app wouldn't cooperate. Despite multiple attempts to make it work, it kept invalidating my information. If you think this is a good app, you're mistaken. After seeing other reviews and your unhelpful responses, it's clear you're not addressing the issues, just directing us to call support. We simply want the app to function properly. A friend recommended Optus, claiming their app actually works. If this app doesn't improve, I'll switch and advise others to do the same.

The latest update isn't functioning correctly. The app crashes frequently, making it impossible to use. Please address these bugs promptly. Whenever I attempt to log in with my mobile number and password, the app briefly acknowledges me, then abruptly closes. What's causing this?

I've noticed that the Lebara signal is currently very weak. While the service is affordable, the quality matches the price. Thankfully, I haven't used the internet package for two months now, as even one month alone experiences poor signal strength. It's unreliable, especially for wifi usage.

The previous user interface was superior and more user-friendly compared to the current one. The breakdown tab doesn't function, and the dashboard is overly complicated.

This app is incredibly frustrating. When attempting to reset my password, it asks for my number to send a verification code, but then claims my number doesn't exist. Despite receiving the code multiple times via message, the app refuses to acknowledge it and continually redirects me to the login/register page. Moreover, my balance keeps diminishing for unknown reasons, even though I haven't used any data. Your response implies you're more interested in profiting from our issues rather than resolving them.

The bundles offered are quite pricey. Could you please consider introducing a new bundle option: unlimited MBs for 1 hour, priced at 2 or 3 riyals? This type of bundle is available with other SIM cards and has proven to be very beneficial. Additionally, I suggest making more updates to the app. Thank you.

After updating my Lebara KSA app to the latest version, I began encountering the error message "Something Went Wrong" every time I tried to open it. I hope this issue will be resolved promptly. The previous version never gave me any trouble.

This has been my worst experience with a network app. Despite attempting to log in multiple times, the app insists that my email ID is not registered, despite receiving emails from Lebara on the same registered email ID. It's incredibly frustrating.

I purchased a new Lebara SIM yesterday for 30SR, which was supposed to include 3 GB of data and 25SR balance. However, upon checking my balance, I found that there was no 25 SR balance and only 1.5 GB of data available. Additionally, the remaining 1.5 GB of data is designated for mobile app usage, limiting its utility. Furthermore, the 25SR balance is only usable for messaging, rendering it useless for international calling. This discrepancy feels like fraud, and I would like an explanation.
