This app's functionality is deteriorating. Payment requests are now routed through a link sent via email. Clicking on the link opens a web version of Coins, but the subsequent steps prompt you to download the app, even though you already have it. However, when you open the app through these links, the payment request is nowhere to be found. This frustrating cycle leads to unnecessary fees as you're forced to transfer to another platform to make payments, making the process highly inconvenient.

The transaction history feature is now missing, and payments cannot be made directly from the app. Instead, payment requests must be sent via email, and the links must be opened through a browser. Furthermore, attempting to make payments from the links provided now redirects you to download the app without offering the option to open it directly. This recent development marks a significant decline in user experience.

In my updated review, I must express my disappointment with this app's decline. Previously, features like cashback were excellent until they were removed by Coins. The recent updates are not user-friendly, and the sign-in and verification processes are cumbersome, with SMS verification taking too long to receive and often expiring before it can be used. This once-great app is now on track to become one of the worst in history, and I advise against signing up. There are far better alternatives available.

I'm incredibly frustrated with this app's recent performance. While it used to be convenient for quick access, I now encounter delays when attempting to cash out to an invalid account. The processing time for these unsuccessful transactions is lengthy, leaving the amount stuck in limbo and preventing further transactions. This has caused significant inconvenience and anxiety.

Once a reliable app, it's now spiraling downhill. The user interface is subpar, and features like direct load have been replaced with expensive, seemingly scam-like promos. Cash out is frequently problematic, with the service often unavailable or transactions disappearing and reappearing unexpectedly. Additionally, contact details and saving functions have been removed, making the app less convenient. I fear that it will become obsolete in the near future, particularly as GCash establishes its own crypto wallet.

The older version of the app was far superior and user-friendly compared to this new iteration. The current version is overly complicated, requiring multiple clicks to view cryptocurrency prices and lacking the ability to see graphs. Since updating the app, I've been unable to open it properly, constantly receiving an error message stating "Unfortunately, Coins has stopped," which is extremely irritating. This issue persists even when I'm not using the app, causing significant frustration. I urge the developers to address these issues promptly.

While trading via this app is swift, it lacks important features such as a comprehensive transaction history and transparency regarding transaction fees. As a new user, I believe displaying the amount of transaction fees would enhance the user experience and provide detailed information. Additionally, implementing an "order limit" function would be beneficial for users managing their transactions.

Encountered an issue with address verification. The team needs to thoroughly review documents. Initially declined due to perceived incomplete details on uploaded Meralco bill and birth certificate. Had to edit and label each part of the documents for clarity, resent, and finally received approval. Additionally, automation of bank cash-ins would enhance convenience. Overall, a great app, but improvements for convenience are needed.

Encountered difficulty logging in. App requests to click the link sent via email, but no email was received, even after checking spam inbox and attempting to resend twice. Lost patience immediately. Uninstalled immediately and opting for a better alternative.

The app is generally good and user-friendly. However, disappointed with the removal of the 10% rebate in exchange for rewards. The rebate was a significant feature of the platform, and its removal has led to second thoughts about continuing to use the app.

Despite using the app for nearly two years, recent changes have been unsatisfactory. Reduction and removal of cashback and introduction of rewards/loyalty points have diminished the app's appeal. Verification processes are also prolonged and cumbersome. Exploring alternative apps for loading business with cashback.

Displeased with the removal of the rebate system and introduction of "Rewards," which lack utility for many users. Sending crypto has become overly complicated, requiring multiple steps with changing prices. Fingerprint login should be an option for transaction completion. Urging the reinstatement of the rebate system.

Suggesting an option to save more details for transactions, rather than relying solely on previous cash-out details. This feature would be beneficial for users regularly sending money to family and friends. Hoping for its inclusion in future app updates.

A versatile crypto wallet and bills payment platform in one. Although the fees are slightly high, the services justify the cost. However, a minor drawback is its sluggish loading speed. Whether on a new computer or phone, the app takes considerable time to load, which can be frustrating, especially during ongoing transactions. Nonetheless, the app offers impressive features, albeit with delayed launch times.

Installed the app today but opted to uninstall it midway through creating an account due to inefficiencies. Seamless functionality is crucial for user retention, and unfortunately, this app fell short. The recurring issue I encountered was being redirected to the main page whenever I attempted to verify the code sent via SMS, resulting in the loss of all entered information. Such setbacks are uncommon with other apps.

Disappointed by the recent update, particularly its impact on loading prepaid mobiles. The new version lacks the option to access phone directories, requiring manual input for each number. Additionally, the absence of the favorites feature and the challenging layout make navigation difficult. As a result, I switched to Maya for both mobile loading and crypto investing, finding it more reliable and user-friendly.

The app has undergone significant changes, shifting its focus more towards cryptocurrencies and reducing features such as currency conversion. Transaction history is now inaccessible without request, which detracts from its utility. I hope the app returns to its previous, more versatile version.

Following the update, I've encountered delays in receiving SMS codes, disrupting transaction flow. Despite multiple attempts, I've been unable to receive any texts, undermining the previously smooth experience. Updates are typically meant to enhance functionality, but this one has introduced inconvenience. Providing a document outlining the latest version's changes would facilitate navigation.

The older version was far simpler and more user-friendly than the current iteration, which necessitates additional clicks to access coin prices and removes graph visibility for invested coins. While I previously preferred this app over Binance, I'm now considering alternatives due to its complexity.

While initially a great app, the recent update has led to extended loading times, despite a fast internet connection. This delay is frustrating and contrasts with the app's previously smooth performance. Reinstalling the app hasn't resolved the issue, highlighting the need for a bug fix.

Experiencing prolonged loading times, even with a fast internet connection, which is inconsistent with the app's otherwise positive performance. The extended loading duration is exasperating and detracts from the overall user experience.

Downgraded my rating from 5 to 3 stars due to the app's decline in user experience following a recent interface update. The new layout is overly complex, requiring numerous clicks to access desired features, including transaction history. While the app's functionality remains intact, the cumbersome interface detracts from its usability.
